GHone brings POP TV

GHone TV has carved a niche for itself as a leader in promoting entertainment programmes and to maintain the “status”, the station has for the past years fed its viewers with its Showbiz content.

One such programme that the station hopes to attract and maintain its youthful audience is the a new talk show dubbed, POP TV.

Pop TV is a 30-minute magazine show that has music videos, event reviews, artistes profile, games/dares, gossips, and live reports on events. 

The presenter, 27-year-old Elia Chebib, is a former host of 4Syte TV. The first episode which showed yesterday hosted Mzvee, the reigning VGMA 2016 female vocalist of the year and BET nominee. 

The five-minute Entertainment News segment dubbed ‘Reporting Live’ would be presented by Afriyie, one of Ghana’s fast-rising television hosts. 

Viewers will also get the opportunity to win prizes from the Weekly Pop Trivia Questions. The prizes will include dinner for two, movie tickets, power banks and , souvenirs, and many more.
