Graphic’s partnership with GTDC’s Accra by Night is beyond business — Franklin Sowa
The growing partnership between Graphic Communications Group Limited and the Ghana Tourism Development Company’s Accra by Night initiative is helping promote Ghana’s tourism story beyond entertainment, according to Marketing Director of Graphic Communications Group Limited, Franklin Sowa.
Speaking at the initiative’s first-anniversary celebration at the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park on Friday, April 24, he said the collaboration is about much more than business, describing it as a shared effort to project Ghana in a positive light through culture and storytelling.“This partnership is about telling our story in our own way and projecting Ghana positively to the world,” Mr Sowa said.
He explained that the collaboration reflects Graphic’s broader commitment to nation-building through credible journalism and digital innovation, while supporting tourism initiatives that showcase the country’s rich heritage. He congratulated organisers on reaching one year and said he believes the partnership will continue to grow stronger.
Launched on April 30, 2025, by the Ghana Tourism Development Company, Accra By Night has grown into a unique tourism experience, offering people the chance to discover Accra’s landmarks, history, and nightlife in a different way. Mr Sowa said the initiative shows the value of partnerships in promoting Ghana and creating meaningful experiences.
“Together, we can help shape a great story for our nation. This anniversary is not only a celebration of a milestone but a sign of bigger opportunities ahead for tourism, culture, and storytelling,” he said.
