KGL Foundation partners Ghana Menswear Week
GHANA Menswear Week has announced its partnership with the KGL Foundation for a fashion competition dubbed 2022 ‘Style Man Project’.
The project seeks to unearth, nurture and manage young and creative up and coming designers in menswear fashion and help project their creativity worldwide.
This year, this is being done with the support of industry experts and partners like the KGL Foundation, whose CSR values seeks to provide sustainable social intervention programmes in the fields of health and sports, entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment, culture and arts in Ghana.

According to Nana Mensah, Founder of Ghana Menswear Week, the annual event was not just a fashion show but a corporate social responsibility to support talented young designers to find their feet in the fashion industry.
Collaboration
“For the first time since we launched the competition in 2019, we are collaborating with an organisation which prides itself with corporate diversity in its CSR activities to help young talented designers reach their full potential,” he added.
Three finalists will have their works showcased on the runway during Ghana Menswear Week 2022 which comes off on August 28 at the World Trade Center, Accra.

The ultimate winner as a prize will have the opportunity to showcase at an international fashion show week facilitated by KGL Foundation, a brand new TECNO phone, brand management and promotions, mentoring, among other benefits.
Ghana Menswear Week is a yearly fashion showcase launched in 2016 by Fame Model Management which seeks to create a platform for the showcase of new collections by creative men’s wear designers and brands.

The annual event brings together men’s wear designers, buyers, men’s services providers, bloggers and consumers under one roof.
