Not yet touched Davido's $5k gift - Ghanaian TikToker Ananzo Official
Ananzo Official, a popular Ghanaian TikTok personality and music promoter, has revealed that he hasn't touched the $5,000 gifted to him by Nigerian music sensation Davido.
In a recent interview, Ananzo expressed gratitude to Davido for keeping his promise after a viral video of Ananzo singing Davido's hit song "With You" caught the artiste's attention.
The video, filmed at a Takoradi car wash, gained massive traction on TikTok and was reposted by Davido himself.
Ananzo said, “I believe God transformed himself into Davido to come and bless me and my team.” He clarified that although he has received the money through Davido’s representatives, he has not spent any of it yet.
“I have not touched the $5,000 Davido gave me. It is there,” he said. When asked what he plans to do with the money, he simply responded, “It will come in the media soon.”
Ananzo Official's passionate cover of Davido's "With You" featuring Omah Lay, which went viral in April 2025, caught the artiste's attention and sparked a remarkable chain of events. Impressed by Ananzo's sincerity and energy, Davido promised $5,000 via TikTok and followed through on his commitment.
