Nubian Noël’22 at National Theatre today

‘AFROPOPERA’ band, The Band Kokui will mount the stage at this year’s Nubian Noël concert which comes off at the National Theatre today, December 1 at 6pm.

The Band Kokui will be joined by other guest artistes at the concert which gives a unique twist to our favourite Christmas Carols.

Nubian Noel merges entertainment with charity to give patrons a good time while making a positive impact on society as performing artistes work to support a good cause.

The annual concert, the brainchild of media personality and entrepreneur, Kokui Selorm Hanson is also a fundraiser. This year’s concert supports St. Joseph’s Basic School in Maame Krobo, Afram Plains.

Multi-talented, Kokui has lend her creative abilities as a producer, event host, entrepreneur and singer. She has been undertaking many music projects with Nubian Noel being a major assignment in the scheme of matters.

She has performed on the Nubian Noel, an album of popular Christmas songs with legendary South African musician Hugh Masekela.
