Gospel musician, Perpetual Didier has released, Black Stars Go, a jama song aimed at motivating the Black Stars, football fans and all supporters of Ghana Black Stars Worldwide, ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The song, released on Tuesda, November 4, is expected to be a good hype for the highly anticipated global football event set for June 11- July 19 2026.
This is not the first time, Perpetual, who is nicknamed “Gospel striker” has released a song to support the senior national team.
In 2019, she dropped Champion to motivate the Black Stars at the African Cup Of Nations in Egypt.
And in a show of patriotism, Perpetual Didier has teamed up with The Holy Praise Team (HP Team) to secure sponsorship for over 500 Ghanaian football fans to set up a fund base and provide logistical support for Ghanaian fans to attend the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
Speaking on the initiative, Perpetual Didier said, "As a gospel artiste, I believe in the power of music to bring people together and inspire hope. I am passionate about football and I want to support our national team in any way I can.
“That's why I decided to release the Ghana 'Black Stars Go' celebration song to lead football enthusiasts with my team to the World Cup.
“I know there are many people who want to be part of the tournament and together with HP team, we have secured a sponsprhip worth $500,000 through a cooperation agreement with All Christian Network in US”.
Didier Perpetual, who will also be ministering at The 2026 Gathering of the Saints Conference in Washington DC, added, “I believe that music has the power to unite and motivate. I hope Black Stars Go will become a national hymn for Ghanaians, football fans and inspire our team to victory.”
Perpertual first hit the limelight in 2010 when she released Nea Wo A Y3 and later dropped her debut 10-track-album, Wontumi Nka Me Nhye.
Last year, she released Yes Nkoaa.
