#TGMA27: Kofi Owusu Peprah grabs first-ever TGMA award with Urban Gospel Song of the Year

Gospel musician Kofi Owusu Peprah has added a major milestone to his music career after winning his first ever award at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards.

The singer emerged winner of the Urban/Contemporary Gospel Song of the Year category at the awards ceremony held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday, May 9

He was nominated in Gospel Artiste of the Year and Best Traditional Gospel Song of the Year award. 

The victory marks a significant moment for Kofi Owusu Peprah, who has steadily built a reputation in Ghana’s gospel music industry with his inspirational songs and energetic worship performances over the years.

Known for songs such as Matwen Awurade Anim, Big God and Yahweh, the gospel artiste has become one of the notable voices in contemporary gospel music, especially among the youth.
