'Takeover' is set in a church and expertly explores themes of greed, integrity, and the unrelenting love of a father for his estranged child, weaving a complex tale that will leave audiences spellbound.

Apart from tonight’s show, Takeover will also show on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7. There will be an encore of the play on July 12, 13th and 14th.

Show times are Fridays: 7:00 pm (1 show), Saturdays: 4:00 pm & 8:00 pm (2 shows) and Sundays: 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm, & 8:00 pm (3 shows).

Apostle Godson's return from surgery unleashes a maelstrom of chaos. His daughter, Mary, sets social media ablaze with scandalous videos, while treacherous subordinates within his own church conspire to usurp his authority.

Can he salvage his tarnished reputation and expose the wolves in sheep's clothing among his flock?

"In the words of Dr. Brew Riverson Junior, 'Even in the hallowed halls of the House of God, the unthinkable can occur. For Satan, once a shining angel, knows how to don a deceptive facade. In James Ebo Whyte's gripping play, Takeover, beware of the sentinels of darkness lurking in the shadows. Be warned: they may not be easily recognized!'"
