A leader must realise who their real enemy is
Sometimes, the real enemy fighting you is the one who is backing your enemy.
That is your real enemy! A leader needs different things to be able to stay in their position.
The leader of a corporate organisation needs to have the finances of his organisation in good shape, a good administration, a good plan and wisdom for the continued existence of that organisation.
Your strength is of great interest to your enemy.
Always remember that whatever makes you strong is of interest to your enemy!
And it came to pass afterwards, that he loved a woman in the valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah.
And the lords of the Philistines came up unto her and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great strength lieth, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him: and we will give thee every one of us eleven hundred pieces of silver. Judges 16:4-5
Good relationships are a strength that leaders need to survive. For this reason, a good leader is concerned about his relationships.
This is a strength that a leader gets from his other leaders.
There is a strength he gets from those above him.
There is a strength that he gets from those who counsel him.
There is a strength that he gets from his family.
There is a strength that he gets from his colleagues.
There is a strength that he gets from his competitors.
Good relationships make it easier to accomplish great works!
The enemy will target your good relationships because the destruction of your relationships is a great tool to weaken your strength.
A good leader is concerned about his integrity towards those with whom he has a relationship. It is important to the leader.
A leader is concerned about the well-being of those he relates to.
An attack on his relationships is a direct attack on him, no matter how it is presented.
A leader with a good relationship with his financiers can be attacked from that end.
An attack on your financiers is therefore an attack on you!
Is there someone behind the war in your life?
Sometimes, God allows us certain things to happen right in our view.
In such situations, we must be observant and learn great lessons from them.
We ought to be determined not to fall prey to a mistake we have observed.
May we be well advised as we have the opportunity to behold examples before us!
I watched as the marriage of a great man of God disintegrated.
Initially, it seemed that he was having marital problems and being de-housed.
As time went by, I realised that it was actually an attack on his financial strength.
Because of his divorce, most of his partners stopped supporting him.
Soon, his crusades and outreaches came to an end.
It became clear that the attack on his marriage was actually an attack on his finances.
It was a strategy of the evil one to make him weak. It was a way to lessen his effectiveness.
You have to look further than what is happening to you now.
You have to go beyond the obvious, sometimes, to the real source.
Who is behind the conflicts in your life?
Perhaps, you are wondering why you are always having conflicts with your friends, your siblings, your pastors, your wife and your children.
It is time to grow up and know that there is always someone behind the war.
There is someone behind the marital conflict that you are experiencing, and it is Satan.
Satan is the one behind every conflict, every war, and every fight.
Notice, as soon as the devil is set free from the one-thousand-year imprisonment, he gathers people to fight against each other.
Gathering people to fight against each other is Satan’s work.
And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. Revelation 20:7-8
It is time to recognise that there is always someone behind a war.
The marital conflicts in your home, the confusion in your church, and the enmity in your family are all demonically inspired. Satan is the one who gathers people to war against each other.
You must rise in the night and bind the devil.
You must curse his operations. You must bring his works to nought! You must limit and weaken his access to your life.
Through the power of God, you are destroying every hidden force fuelling conflicts in your life!
Through the power of God, you are unveiling the real enemy and dealing with him.
