Shoprite staff must treat customers with respect
The staff at the Shoprite at the Accra Mall must learn to treat customers with respect. My observation is that some of the security men at the entrance and those who keep luggage for customers at the entrance are always rude to customers.

For instance, when you shop from Shoprite and send the trolley to Game to continue shopping, they don’t complain. All they do is to put a masking tape around your goodies then you push along.
Unfortunately, the situation at Shoprite is always appalling. When you bring a trolley from Game and you get to Shoprite, the security men at the entrance and those who keep the luggage would just waste your time or worse of all, ask you to go back with it since they can’t keep it there.
Apart from the bad attitude of the security men, another thing management has to look at is the rude behaviour of some cashiers towards customers.
Shoprite is fond of displaying prices which do not tally with what they have in their system.
The customer is given a different price by cashiers and when one complains, they try to be discourteous by saying if you don’t want the item leave it.
When one goes further to complain to their supervisors, they hardly have anything reasonable to tell you to cool tempers.
Shoprite staff must know that a firm must pay due regard to the interests of its customers and treat them fairly.
