Covid-19: Deaths now at 135, confirmed cases over 24,000

The latest Covid-19 update by the Ghana Health Service puts Ghana’s positive case count at 24,248, out of which 4,282 remain active. Deaths are at 135, up from the 129 that held the whole of the past week.
Some 24 of the cases are deemed severe with six others rated critical, while 19,831 have either recovered from the disease or been discharged. The breakdown is derived from a total of 327,009 tests ran as at July 8, 2020.
