COVID-19: Ghana's case count tops 6,000
Confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Ghana increased to 6,096 on Tuesday night (May 19, 2020) following the confirmation of 178 new cases.
The Ghana Health Service in its latest update indicated an increase in the number of cases in four regions - Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western and Central Regions.
The number of recoveries from the illness also rose to 1,773 from 1,754. There have been 31 Coronavirus deaths in the country.

The Greater Accra Region has the highest number of confirmed cases with 4,536, followed by the Ashanti - 888, Central - 256 and Western Region - 111.
