COVID-19: Three new deaths recorded, active cases 1,311

Three new COVID-19 related deaths have been recorded in Ghana almost three months after the last death was recorded.
As at March 2022, the cumulative death figure was 1,445. The number of deaths as of June 16 was 1,448.
The country is also recording an increase in active cases with the number of active cases standing at 1,311; with 14 being severe and two being critical.
The Greater Accra Region still leads with 1,045 active cases, with the Savannah Region having no active case.
