For church services and mosques for prayers, an abridged format for religious services has now been instituted. In addition to that, not more than 100 people can attend funerals and weddings instead of the previous restriction of not more than 25 people for private funerals.
All these are supposed to be done whilst observing the physical distancing protocols as well as other protocols to help prevent the spread of the deadly disease.
Like churches such as the International Central Gospel Church, Perez Chapel International, Spiritlife Revival Ministries among others, a press release signed by the Director of Administrations of the Royalhouse Chapel International, Rev Dzifa Gakpleazi said all RCI churches are to remain closed for regular or normal in-person church services.
"All Royalhouse churches are thereby by informed that churches (Inclusive of the headquarters, Ahenfie) are to remain closed for regular or normal in-person church services, she stated.
She said services shall continue to be aired virtually via live broadcast from the headquarters through Powerline Television, Facebook, YouTube and advertised radio stations.
She added that the leadership shall monitor, study and evaluate the implementation of the presidential directive for a final decision to be made.
