Eden Heights is offering prospective homeowners the chance to secure three-bedroom apartments after its two-bedroom units were sold out.
The estate, which is also backed by the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), is being promoted as both a home and a long-term investment option.
Speaking at the Daily Graphic/GREDA Home Fair at the Accra Mall food court, a representative of Eden Heights, Obed Acquah, explained that the company was currently working with agents and individuals through a referral programme that offered a one per cent commission on sales.
“Anyone who brings in a buyer is entitled to a one per cent commission.
We want to ensure the benefits go beyond just the people buying homes,” he said.
He added that the strong demand for units had pushed the company to concentrate on its available three-bedroom apartments.
“Our two-bedroom homes are all gone, so what we have available now are the three-bedroom apartments.
The interest we have seen shows the market is ready for them,” he said.
Facilities
Mr Acquah said,”Eden Heights is positioning itself as more than just a housing development, with a focus on lifestyle facilities and security”.
He explained that the estate offers recreational facilities such as a football pitch, playgrounds and other spaces designed for family living.
“We want residents to feel at home and also enjoy quality recreational facilities within a safe environment,” he said.
He further noted that the development was under constant surveillance to ensure safety.
“We have installed security systems to monitor activities on the grounds at all times.
Security is a priority for us because buyers need the assurance that their homes and families are safe,” he said.
According to him, these features make the estate attractive not only to families looking for a home but also to investors seeking to benefit from the growing housing market in Accra.
“People are not just buying to live. Some are buying to rent out and get a return on their investment.
That is why we call it both a home and an investment,” he said.
SSNIT
The involvement of SSNIT in the Eden Heights project is seen as a boost to the credibility of the development.
Mr Acquah said the partnership ensured that the estate was being executed to high standards.
“The fact that SSNIT is involved gives people confidence.
It shows that this is a trusted project backed by an institution everyone knows,” he said.
He added that the Daily Graphic/GREDA Home Fair had created a good platform for Eden Heights to interact with potential clients directly.
“The fair is helping us meet the public face-to-face.
It is not just about selling homes, it is also about explaining our vision and showing people what they stand to gain,” he said.
Mr Acquah urged prospective buyers and agents to take advantage of the remaining apartments.
“The demand is high and the three-bedroom apartments are moving fast.
This is the right time for anyone who is interested to make that decision,” he said.
