Ghana records three new COVID-19 deaths, active cases now 801
Ghana has recorded three new COVID-19 deaths, bring the total death toll to 283.
The country has also recorded 64 new cases, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) has reported on its website.
Ghana's cumulative total confirmed cases has hit 44,777 while 43,693 people have either recovered or discharged from treatment facilities.

The number of active cases continue to drop as 801 people are actively ill from the virus as at Saturday 5, 2020, an update by GHS stated.
