Samuel Aboagye, a former Parliamentary Candidate of the National Democratic Congress in Obuasi in the 2024 general election, was born on December 23, 1980.
He hailed from Obuasi in the Ashanti Region, and attended the AngloGold Ashanti Basic School and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is an engineer by profession. Until his demise, he was the Deputy Director-General of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO).
