Joseph Siaw Jospong Foundation launched to support young entrepreneurs

Executive members of the Jospong Group of Companies have announced the establishment of the Joseph Siaw Jospong Foundation, with GH¢500,000 seed fund to empower young entrepreneurs. 

The announcement was made during the 2025 Jospong Leadership Conference at the Pentecost Convention Centre at Gomoa in the Central Region.

Until the announcement, the gesture was made without the knowledge of the Executive Chairman, Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong, as a testament to his profound impact on the lives of many Ghanaians.

The conference was on the theme: "Transformation through Leadership".

Participants

The foundation aims to extend Dr Agyepong's influence to a new generation of entrepreneurs, fostering growth and development in Ghana.

To commemorate the occasion, the executive members presented a heartfelt gift – a painting of the Agyepong family – to Dr Agyepong.

This initiative reflects the Jospong Group's commitment to giving back to the community and nurturing the next wave of business leaders.

As a renowned entrepreneur, Dr Agyepong has built a business empire with over 60 companies across diverse sectors, including waste management, information and communication technology (ICT), banking, insurance and hospitality.
