Three arrested with human parts at Abuom
Three persons have been arrested by the police at Abuom in the Asunafo South District in the Ahafo Region for possessing a sack containing human skeletons.

They are to appear before court today.
The Asunafo South District Commander of the Ghana Police Service, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mr Lawrence Adomberi, said two of the suspects — Yaw Yiredie, 35, and Isaac Berko, 31, both farmers from Agyarekrom, near Sankore — were arrested with the sack at the outskirts of Abuom about 11.30 p.m. last Saturday, while the third, Peter Kor, 35, a fetish priest at Kokooso, was arrested last Sunday.
He said even though the suspects were handed over to the police at Abuom, they had to be whisked away to Kukuom to avoid a possible attack by residents who had massed up at the Abuom Police Station.
