Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII), the local chapter of Transparency International in collaboration with the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice(CHRAJ) is engaging the National House of Chiefs to solicit support for the fight against corruption.
The GII and CHRAJ will be replicating these engagements across the country with the various regional houses of chiefs as this forms part of their roles under the National Anti - Corruption Action Plan (NACAP).
The engagements aim to promote GII's Advocacy and Legal Advice Centre (ALAC), a Corruption reporting platform for victims and witnesses who wish to pursue their grievances.
The intervention is supported under the Integrity, Mobilisation, Participation, Accountability, Anti-corruption and Transparency (IMPACT) Project with funding support from Global Affairs Canada through Transparency International, a statement issued in Kumasi on Thursday said.
