Inusah Fuseini "splashes" cash on musician in Tamale (video)

The Minister of Roads and Highways, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini has been spotted throwing money on a musician in what some have described as an “opulent” display of money.

A video from the event shows the Minister throwing different denominations of Ghana cedis onto the musician, who is said to have composed a song to praise the minister. 

The event was said to have taken place at Tamale in the Northern Region at the launch of the said song. Alhaji Fuseini is the Member of Parliament for Tamale Central. 

The song was sang in Dagbani. Information filtering from the event said various sums of money were splashed at various stages of the performance.
