L’aine Services launches anniversary

L’AINE Services Limited has launched its 20th anniversary at the company’s head office in Sakumono, Accra.

The launch has been organised to involve the general public in the celebrations which is on the theme, “20 Years of Making a Difference in the World of Work,” the week-long celebrations will take place from October 24 to November 2, 2014.

The General Manager of Outsourcing, L’AINE Services, Mr James Laar, in an interview, said: “L’AINE has come a long way. ‘’For these 20 years, we have sourced for jobs for over 21,000 people, a service we render at no cost to the applicant; managed staff for over 60 companies with high productivity and no industrial unrest. We are the only company publishing an HR magazine and distributing it for free, and also the only company to produce management training videos, using Ghanaians as actors to cut across cultural barriers. This celebration is our way of thanking God and appreciating both our internal and external customers for their belief in us.”

The anniversary celebrations come exactly three weeks after the acclaimed Ghana HR Conference, which was organised as part of L’AINE’s corporate social responsibility to bridge the gap between academia and industry  and as part of L’AINE’s contribution to HR development in Ghana.

Dr  Ellen Hagan, the Chief Executive of L’AINE Services, promised a very exciting one week celebration and listed activities including a prayer session, career development fair, street float, cocktail/dinner, thanksgiving service and a sports /family day out.

L’AINE Services Limited is a total HR solutions provider and is currently 34th on the Ghana Club 100 ranking; the only HR company to have featured in the award for two consecutive years and the 6th in the services industry.
