Mamobi disturbances suspect captured with gun arrested by police
Fatawu Ibrahim alias Fatau Motorway, one of the suspects in the recent clash between supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP) at Mamobi in Accra has been arrested by the police.
Fatau Ibrahim was captured on video with a gun during the disturbances.
The Police placed a Gh¢20,000 bounty on credible information leading to his arrest

POLICE UPDATE FOUR ON NPP-NDC DISTURBANCES AT MAMOBI: SUSPECT CAPTURED WITH A GUN ARRESTED
The Ghana Police Service has arrested suspect Fatawu Ibrahim alias Fatau Motorway, who was declared wanted in connection with the disturbances that occurred between supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Mamobi in Accra on 13th October 2024.
Fatau Motorway was captured in a video footage carrying a gun during the disturbances. He is currently in Police custody and will be put before the court in due course.
The case is being prosecuted by the Office of the Attorney General.
