Photos: Thousands seated ahead of Pastor Chris crusade

Thousands of people have already taken their seats at the Accra Sports Stadium ahead of the ‘Night of Bliss’ event to be hosted by Pastor Chris Oyakilome of the Christ Embassy Church.

The event has been described as a "destiny transforming encounter with the miraculous" on the 'Night of Bliss' website.

According to the police, about 500,000 people are expected to attend the "history making meeting with the Holy Ghost."

Some photographs which have appeared on social media sites indicate that the venue is almost full to capacity although the event is scheduled to start at 6pm.

Meanwhile, there has been a public outcry following an announcement by the Accra Regional Police Command that some roads would be closed to traffic from midday Friday.
