Veronique Heights: Where confidentiality is a hallmark
Many would have thought that a hotel is perhaps, a social place where most people go for a treat or relaxation.
But in today's world, many people love to spend a day or more at a lodge that not only seeks the security of its clients, but also institutes measures that ensures their confidentiality.

People's privacy has become one of the main attributes people look out for anytime they choose to spend a day or night away from their homes or comfort zones.
But with the establishment of Veronique Heights established barely a year ago and situated at the plush Danyame enclave in the Kumasi Metropolis in the Ashanti Region, patrons -both domestic and foreign - have taken solace in the tenets that hold dear at this serene and exotic hospitality facility in the heart of the Garden City of Kumasi.
Imagine 'sneaking' into a hotel to enjoy some privacy, and before you realise, your pictures have found their way to the public domain or in recent times, social media without your consent.
Many prominent people, especially politicians and celebrities, would always opt for home because they have acquainted themselves with professional ethics, accepted norms and are privy to the underlying mission and vision by which it was established.
An ultra-modern serene arcade with every trending facility one can imagine in a 'first class' hotel Veronique cuddles their patrons.
The Daily Graphic news team, upon several recommendations from some patrons in Kumasi and the nation's capital, Accra, decided to visit the place to have a feel of what they had experienced and what others were missing.

Royal stamp, honour
Indeed, during its opening on July 21, 2023, the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, was the special guest who cut the tape to
unveil the plush Veronique Heights, and thus appended his 'royal stamp' for the successful operation of the facility.
The Asantehene was quoted to have said that "This is indeed, a home away from home. In fact, I am proud to associate myself with this edifice built by one of our own- a native of the Ashanti Kingdom."
Just last Friday, Veronique Heights was adjudged the prestigious "Best Service Apartment of the Year Award", at the Ashanti Regional Tourism Awards held at the Centre for National Culture (CNC), in Kumasi.
Organised by the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, the
Regional Tourism Awards aims at celebrating and recognising individuals and organisations for demonstrating excellence and to encourage stronger rebound of tourism in Ghana.

Veronique, though new in the tourism fraternity, remains a shining example of innovation and quality in Ghana’s hospitality industry, as it continues to push the boundaries of guest experience.
Professionalism, team work
Asked what makes Veronique unique among others, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lawrencia Sarhene, soberly responded, "I believe it's our confidentiality practice, our space, and also I have a solid team of professionals when it comes to our guests and their well-being.
