Joseph Kobina Ade Coker, a former chairman of the Greater Accra Regional wing of the governing National Democratic Congress has passed on.
He died at the Bank Hospital on Sunday morning, Graphic Online understands.
He became the Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the NDC in 2009, and held on to that position until 2022, when he lost a re-election bid to Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore, the current chairman.
As a football administrator, Ade Coker once served as Vice Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
