Akufo Addo 'smacks of a good leader' – Allotey Jacobs (audio)

The Central Regional Communications Director of the National Democratic Congress, Bernard Allotey Jacobs, has congratulated Nana Akufo-Addo for conducting himself well despite the “numerous insinuations and innuendos” which were directed at him by his opponents during the NPP presidential primaries.

Allotey Jacobs who was contributing to discussions on the NPP’s presidential primary on Peace FM Wednesday morning said Akufo Addo “smacks of a good leader” for being able to comport himself very well.

He said despite all the castigations from his competitors during the campaign, he was patient, tolerant and was not heard attacking his opponents.

He singled out Nana Ohene Ntow, who headed the Allan Kyerematen campaign for vilifying Akufo Addo but sarcastically thanked him (Ohene Ntow) for giving the NDC the necessary “ammunitions” to use against Akufo Addo in 2016.

"The NDC has gotten a testimonial of Nana Addo and we are grateful to Ohene Ntow for telling us that Akufo Addo was a “presidential candidate but cannot become a president”.

"The NDC has chronicled all the negative profile he gave us about Akufo Addo. We have set our machines in motion and we are ready to play a chess game with the NPP," Allotey Jacobs said.
