General Mosquito off to Germany (Updated)
The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has left for Berlin, Germany, to attend a conference of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) of Germany.
A statement issued by the NDC’s Director of Communications, James Asante said Asiedu Nketiah is expected to speak on “How the Benefits of Economic Transformation can be equitably distributed among citizens” at the five-day conference.
The General Secretary is leading a three-man delegation to the conference. Other members of the delegation are Dr. William Ahadzie, Director of Research and, Hon. Kofi Attor, Director of International Relations.
Other social democratic parties across the world are also attending the conference running from December 9 to December 13.
“In the absence of Hon. Asiedu Nketiah, a Deputy General Secretary in-charge of operations, Koku Anyidoho is acting as the General Secretary of the NDC”, the statement said.
