Government’s infrastructural achievements "comical celebration of mediocrity" - Sammy Gyamfi
The National Communication Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress, (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has labeled as “a compendium of blatant falsehoods”, “plagiarized Mahama projects” and “a comical celebration of mediocrity.”
Moments after Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia had presented what he says are 17,334 projects by the Akufo-Addo led New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration, comprising 8,746 completed infrastructure and 8,588 ongoing ones that represent value for money infrastructure projects, Sammy Gyamfi took to Twitter to lampoon the claims, promising to "unpack the lies" on Thursday.
He tweeted:
“Bawumia’s presentation on the so-called infrastructural achievements of the Akufo Addo-gov’t, is a compendium of blatant falsehoods, plagiarized Mahama projects and a comical celebration of mediocrity. We shall unpack the lies and set the records straight on Thursday. Stay tuned.”

As usual, responses trailing the tweet have been divided between the NDC and the NPP.
