The incumbent North East Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nurudeen Fuseini has been re-elected.
He polled 72 votes out of a total valid votes of 146 to beat his closest contender Bawa Akamara who polled 50 votes.
The other contender Alhaji Seidu Shani obtained 24 votes.
The incumbent Regional Secretary, Sulley Sambian has also been re-elected with 106 votes
