PNC postpones national congress

The People’s National Congress (PNC) has postponed its upcoming National Delegates’ Congress.
The congress which had been scheduled for November 27-29, 2015 is now to be held from December 11 – 13, 2015 at Wa in the Upper West region.
A statement from the party said the National Chairman & Leader, and the Congress Committee thought that given the closeness of the event, it was imperative to alter the initial date.
It said the Vetting Committee was expected to finish its work on Thursday November 26, 2015 before submitting “nominations returns” to the Electoral Commission to start its work.
