PPP ready to challenge NPP, NDC

The Progressive People’s Party (PPP) has declared its  preparedness  to take the 2016 election battle to the doorstep of both the NPP and the NDC.

This is because the Youth Wing of the PPP has realised that the shining star and the rising sun of the PPP is a problem for the “Dukadaya” NPP and NDC.

According to a statement signed  by the National Youth Coordinator of the party, Mr Divine Nkrumah,  the two political parties have vowed to not allow the emergence of any credible and potential  third force that serves as an alternative political party that could challenge them for their abysmal performance in the last two decades.

The PPP statement said the youth wing was aware of the old communist imperial tactics where moles were  planted in political parties to create confusion from within, with the view that the electorate might  develop disaffection for the party because of perceived disunity.

The growing strength of the PPP, according to the statement,  is a cause for concern for the NPP and NDC because that constituted a threat to their use of propaganda and other unfair means they hope would guarantee them one-touch victory.

The PPP Youth Wing, therefore, warned that any attempt, from within or without the party, to allow NPP and NDC surrogates to destabilise their united front would be resisted by the young people of the party whose future lies in the success of the PPP.
