Public Forum to Mark One Year of Mahama Administration (Statement)

As part of activities marking the first anniversary of the government of President John Dramani Mahama and in line with government’s commitment to deepen transparency and accountability, the Ministry of Information and Media Relations will hold a Public forum on Monday, 6th January, 2014.

Under the theme “Advancing the Better Ghana Agenda: Prospects for 2014”, the forum will be addressed by Ministers of State including; Hon Hanna Tetteh, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration; Hon. Fifi Kwetey, Minister of State in Charge of Financial and Allied Institutions; Dr Edward Omane Boamah, Minister of Communications; and Hon. Samuel Okudjeto Ablakwa, Deputy Minister of Education.

The forum will take place at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC) at 3:00pm. H.E Kwesi Bekoe Amissah–Arthur, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana will be the Special Guest of Honour for the occasion.

Government encourages the general public to be part of this event.
