With a resolve  to appease their fans following their exit from this year’s Champions League, the Porcupine Warriors  played with zeal and cohesion and got the desired results.

Both goals came in the first half through Abdul Aziz Yusif (16th minute) and Small Boy Cobbah on 24th minute.

Though Kotoko won the match, the margin could have been wider  had they converted the chances that came their way especially in the first half.

Dwarfs pulled a goal back on 62nd minute through Richard Gadze.

•At Tema, Inter Allies forced a 2-2 draw with Medeama Sporting Club in another thrilling encounter.
