Other celebrities who joined the workout were Adjetey Annan alias “Pusher” and Okyeame Kwame, a renowned musician.
The aerobics, anaerobics and flexibility exercise was organised by Primeval Media .
Guided by a fitness instructor and accompanied by “fitness sounds” from loud speakers, the participants were taken through yoga, push-ups, squats, planks, crunches, sit-ups, bridges and pilates.
The organiser, Larry Opare Otoo, CEO of Primeval Media, told Daily Graphic that he was committed to motivating Ghanaians to participate to improve their health.
He said since many Ghanaians had less time to exercise their bodies, engaging in such work-outs were the only means of improving their health.
He therefore urged the public to participate and also engage in healthy lifestyles.
