The Obuasi club goes into the match with a slim 1-0 lead scored by Joshua Tijani in the first leg match played at the Len Clay stadium as they seek to qualify for the next stage of Africa’s elite inter-club competition.

The contingent will be led by Ashgold CEO, Kudjoe Fianoo, and will include coach Bashir Hayford who goes into the match without any major injury worry and is expected to build his team around players such as Eric Opoku, Tijani, Kwaku Opoku and Amos Isaac.

The winner of Sunday’s tie will advance to the 1/16 stage of the competition where they could face the winner of the match between Tunisia’s Club Africain and A.S. Tanda of Cote d’Ivoire.
