Desperate for a win after drawing their opening game against Huracans of Equatorial Guinea last Monday, AS Mandé moved like a well-oiled machine against the Ghanaians in a match which they dominated completely from start to finish.
The Ghanaian champions fought tooth and nail to at least, get a consolation goal but their efforts proved futile as the game ended 3-0 for the Malians.
Per the results, Ampem Darkoa Ladies have now dropped to the third position on the Group B table and will need to beat winless side Huracanes to enable them progress to the next stage of the competition.
Ampem Darkoa will play Huracanes on Sunday, November 13, while AS FAR Club, who beat Huracanes 1-0 in their second group game to occupy to the second position of the table, will face AS Mandé in San Pedro later next week.
