Ghana Golf Association hosts event to inspire corporate women through golf
The Ghana Golf Association (GGA) is set to host a landmark event aimed at introducing corporate women to the myriad benefits of golf.
Titled “The Corporate Women and Golf: The Myths and Benefits of the Sport,” the programme is scheduled for November 29, 2024, at The Tang Palace Hotel in Accra.

The event seeks to dispel common misconceptions about golf, highlighting its potential to boost personal development, foster business relationships, and create networking opportunities for women in the corporate sector.
Transformative insights from trailblazers
Three accomplished speakers will lead the discussions, sharing how golf has influenced their professional and personal journeys. They include Mrs Elsie Addo Awadzi, the Second Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana; Dr Esther Amedzro, a pharmacist and avid golfer; and Adwoa Asare Asamoah, a businesswoman and golf enthusiast.
These trailblazers will delve into how the sport has positively impacted their lives, offering valuable insights into the synergy between golf and success in the corporate world.
