Inter ready to sign Yaya Toure but with wage cut
Inter Milan are prepared to offer Yaya Toure the chance to work again with Roberto Mancini - but only if he accepts a massive wage cut.
Mancini signed Toure for Manchester City and remains a big fan of the Ivorian star.
He tried to lure Toure to the San Siro at the end of last season and is prepared to try to land the midfielder again.
However, personal terms are likely to be a stumbling block and the Corriere dello Sport claims Inter will offer a two-year deal worth £60,000-a-week with the option of a third.
Although this would make Toure Inter's best-paid player, it is significantly less than the £220,000-a-week he currently earns at City.
Toure's agent Dimitri Seluk has delivered an ultimatum to City to offer Toure a new deal because his current agreement ends in June 2017 or sell him.
The Blues are relaxed about Toure's situation and will let his former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola decide his future when he takes over at the end of the season.
It is clear, though, that City would be prepared to listen to realistic offers for Toure, who turns 33 in May.
