Kotoko face Chelsea test in Kumasi
Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s 3-1 victory over bogey side Aduana Stars in last Friday’s MTN FA Cup match should fire up the Porcupine Warriors up as they welcome Berekum Chelsea to the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday for the First Capital Plus Premier League top fixture.
While Chelsea could be said to be performing creditably at their backyard in Berekum where they have won 10 out of the 11 matches played this season, their away record is nothing to be enthused about.

Out of the 10 matches played, Chelsea are yet to win any match outside the Golden City Park, having lost eight and drawn two others.
However, there is a lot at stake on Sunday as struggling Kotoko fight for a victory to win back their disappointed fans and also restore confidence in the playing body after recent setbacks
which has seen David Duncan’s side drop to the 10th position on the league log.
Kotoko’s midfielders Michael Akuffo and Jordan Opoku, as well as goal poacher, Ahmed Toure, who were at the forefront of Kotoko’s victory over Aduana in Sunyani, are expected to replicate their form to collect the maximum points on home soil.
At the Kpando park, Heart of Lions play host to league leaders AshantiGold, Liberty Professionals welcome Medeama to the Carl Reindorf Park at Dansoman.
Struggling Accra Hearts of Oak, who are yet to lose a match at the Agyemang Badu Park at Domaa-Ahenkro, must lift up their game to avoid a third successive loss.
