Auto Plaza unveils 2021 Hyundai Creta, Grand i10 Sedan

Auto Plaza Limited, an authorised distributor Hyundai vehicles in Ghana has introduced the 2021 Hyundai CRETA Deluxe Edition 5-Seater SUV, and the 2021 Hyundai Grand i10GL Sedan onto the Ghanaian market.


The new Creta comes with features such as a six speed automatic transmission with tip-tronic sport mode, a smart key engine push start, a security immobilizer ignition system, a fully automatic single climate controlled air conditioner, and a panoramic one touch power safety sunroof.

It also boats of features such as an 8 inch display audio with enabled apple car play and google android, a rear view camera display with guidelines, a rear parking assist back warning sensors, among others.

The Grand i10 GL Sedan also comes with features such as a power steering with tilt function, keyless entry and central door locking system, among a host of other incredible features.

Speaking at the unveiling, the Chief Executive Officer of Auto Plaza, Jihad M Hijazi, said the design of the new Creta represented new thinking and new possibilities.

He said the Grand i10 GL Sedan was also a unique vehicle which comes at a reasonable cost and comes with flexible payment plans.

“Anyone who wants to get one, just come to Auto Plaza. We’re quite known in the industry as making it quite easy for our customers to own a vehicle so we’re quite flexible, we’re offering nice terms and conditions, something that will drive you to come and purchase one of those vehicles,” he said.

He said Auto Plaza Limited since 2004, had grown into one of the largest, most diversified and professional vehicle distributors in Ghana.

“The 2021 Hyundai CRETA SUV and Grand i10 sedan models are currently available at the company’s showroom for the Ghanaian consumer to purchase,” he stated.

Impact of COVID

The CEO pointed out that although COVID-19 had negatively impacted on the automobile industry, life must still go on.

“we cannot hold on to lives necessities, we must move and create new opportunities for the motoring public. We must inject vitality into the gloomy COVID-19 environment, we must go beyond the new normal and create mobility for ordinary persons. The 2021 Hyundai Creta Deluxe and Hyundai Grand Sedan are to meet the budget of COVID-19 stranded economy of individuals and companies,” he said.

The Sales Manager of Auto Plaza, Mr Akwasi Sarpong-Peprah, for his part, said the Ghanaian automobile industry was going through difficult times as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, but noted that, there was still the need to revitalize the industry, adding that the automobile industry drives the economy.
