Beatrice Afranie recognised among Ghana’s Top 30 Changemakers in Entrepreneurship

The Head of Human Resources at Asante Gold Bibiani Ltd, Beatrice Afranie has been honoured as one of Ghana’s Top 30 Entrepreneurship Changemakers at the 2025 National Youth Shakers Conclave & Awards (NYSCA). 

The recognition celebrates her outstanding leadership, influence in entrepreneurship, and commitment to youth empowerment.

Afranie was selected from a pool of 126 nominees, solidifying her reputation as a leader in HR management and corporate leadership in Ghana. 

The awards ceremony, scheduled for March 29, 2025, at The Palms Convention Center, La Palm Royal Beach, will bring together prominent global figures, industry disruptors, and top entrepreneurs under the theme "Appreciation, Legacy & Succession."

Among the keynote speakers are Johnny Ford, founder of the World Conference of Mayors; Dr. Willie Snead III, a renowned American football legend; and Nadine Lowe, the first Black woman in the Bahamas to penetrate a billion-dollar industry.

As part of her recognition, Afranie has also been invited to the Global Youth Shakers Conclave & Awards 2025 in Texas, USA, on November 29. 

She will join changemakers from 25 countries to discuss global leadership, business innovation, and transformative strategies for success.

With her significant contributions to HR and corporate excellence, Afranie continues to set a high standard for leadership and mentorship, inspiring professionals and emerging leaders in Ghana and beyond.
