“Beyond the Icons: A Celebration of African Legends” Art and Photo Exhibition slated for Dec. 21
In a bid to explore Africa’s Heritage, the African Art Mart, in collaboration with Beyond the Return, is thrilled to announce the “Beyond the Icons: A Celebration of African Legends” Art and Photo Exhibition, set to take place at the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park from Saturday, December 21st to Tuesday, December 31st, 2024.
This groundbreaking exhibition will honour the lives, legacies, and achievements of Africa’s most influential figures, offering visitors a visual journey through the continent’s rich history and culture.

The 10-day event will stage stunning artworks by renowned artists, including Sharon Dede Padiki, Philip Kumah, and Audrey Bruce.
It featured icons range from Ghana’s own Kwame Nkrumah and Nelson Mandela to Haile Selassie, Martin Luther King Jr., and Maya Angelou, among others.
