The Pan-African Youth Leadership Foundation held the prestigious awards scheme in Accra to celebrate exceptional leadership of Mr Osei-Sarpong and other awardees.
He competed among nominees from all 52 African countries.

The founder is a distinguished business executive with over 15 years of experience in the distributed and clean energy sector across Africa. He has been instrumental in establishing a company that is a leading provider of energy services and investments in the region.
His extensive expertise encompasses energy project development, financing, and execution, and asset management which he leverages to forge strategic partnerships with financial institutions, multi-national technical partners and stakeholders.
Mr Osei-Sarpong has led and played critical roles in the development, financing, implementation, and management of numerous significant projects and initiatives.
He has successfully completed distributed energy transactions worth $50 million in West Africa and supported the deployment of a 120 million Energy Entrepreneurs Growth Fund across the continent.
His efforts have significantly advanced utility-scale and distributed energy solutions for the private sector, including mining, industrial operations, commercial entities, utilities, and governments.
