GCHRA: ICS Africa partners with KUSI Consulting for Maiden HR Conference on AI in Africa
Impact Concept and Solutions Limited (ICS Africa), a pan-African event management company, will serve as event advisors to KUSI Consulting for the inaugural Global Conference on Human Resources in Africa (GCHRA).
Scheduled for October 24-25 at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, the conference will bring together top industry players to discuss the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HR practices across Africa. The theme of the event is "A Global Discourse on Exploring the Emergence and Dynamics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Resource Technologies in Africa."

Notable speakers include Johnny C. Taylor Jr., President and CEO of SHRM Global, who will deliver the keynote address, alongside BBC's Irene Asare, Mastercard Foundation’s Toyosi Odukoya, and Microsoft’s Farida Bedwei.
Emmaline Datey, Chief Executive Officer of ICS Africa Ltd, stressed the importance of AI for the future of HR. She remarked, “As we stand on the brink of unprecedented changes in our HR industry, understanding and leveraging AI is crucial to staying ahead.
