Samsung unveils new Galaxy series

Samsung has launched the 2016 versions of the Galaxy A series of its smartphones on to the market. They include the Samsung Galaxy A3, A5 and A7 smartphones.

Speaking at the launch, the Director of IT and Mobile at SEWA, Mr Jaspreet Singh, said, “The Samsung Galaxy A series 2016 have features of a flagship and will provide consumers in Ghana  the joy of experiencing high quality features at cost-effective prices.”

He added that the enhanced processors of the Samsung A3, A5 and A7 would give users smooth transition from one application to the other, making it ideal for multi-tasking.

“Both the A7 and the A5 run on Octa Core processors, while the A3 runs on a Quad Core processor, making them extra fast and smart, with high capacity and long lasting batteries, giving heavy users 24 hours of usage before they have to recharge their batteries,” he said.

The Prodcut Manager of SEWA, Mr Tetteh Akornor, highlighted some of the advanced features of the Samsung A3, A5 and A7 smartphones, which include what he described as ‘selfie taking capabilities’.

“Users can take the perfect selfie every time using beautifying effects that enhance skin tone, enlarge eyes and slim the face. The Palm Selfie feature allows you to take a selfie with a simple gesture, while the Wide Selfie feature with an angle of 120 degrees is perfect for a group selfie,” he added.
