SeamlessHR partners HRCC to digitally transform HR practice in Ghana
SeamlessHR, Africa’s foremost provider of end-to-end human resource technology solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with the HR Certification Centre (HRCC), Ghana’s leading HR training and certification body, to strengthen professional capacity and digitisation in Ghana’s HR ecosystem.
The partnership was formally sealed on Monday, July 28, 2025, at a ceremony held at the HRCC’s head office in East Legon, Accra, where senior officials of both institutions pledged a united vision for HR development across Ghana and West Africa.
Under the agreement, the two organisations will jointly deliver technology-enabled training programmes, develop co-designed learning curricula, and promote certification-backed digital education. These initiatives are intended to equip Ghanaian HR professionals with up-to-date skills and tools for driving efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hackman Dabantib, Senior Sales Manager at SeamlessHR, described the collaboration as a timely intervention for Ghana’s HR community.
“We are excited about what this partnership means for the HR community in Ghana. At SeamlessHR, we believe technology should go hand in hand with capacity building, and that’s exactly what this collaboration is about. HRCC has been instrumental in shaping professional standards in the country, and we are proud to support that work with tools that help professionals work smarter and create more value in their organisations,” he said.
The MoU also commits both parties to deepening industry-wide engagement to raise professional standards and drive forward-looking HR leadership. It aligns with a broader vision to establish robust institutions that can support workforce transformation and create sustainable value for businesses.
Echoing this sentiment, Executive Director of HRCC, Pearl Amoah Amponsah, emphasised the role of digital innovation in enhancing HR delivery.
“Today marks a significant milestone as we formalise the partnership between SeamlessHR and HRCC. This collaboration is about transforming how HR operates, moving from manual processes to smarter, digital solutions,” she said.
“By digitising the data we've always relied on, we’re enabling faster and more informed decision-making. Our goal is to build a formidable community of HR professionals equipped with the tools and knowledge to thrive. In the years to come, we believe this partnership will help shape a future we can all be proud of, one grounded in value, growth and lasting success.”
The partnership comes at a time when businesses across Africa are increasingly adopting digital platforms to manage workforce demands and talent development. SeamlessHR, through this collaboration, aims to empower local organisations to develop high-performing teams that can contribute to long-term business success.
The initiative is expected to create new pathways for HR professionals across Ghana to upskill, adapt to technological trends, and lead the charge in reimagining the future of work.
