Total launches new product for commercial drivers
Total Petroleum Ghana Limited has launched the Total Troxi Club, a special card package for commercial drivers.
This is to enable them to buy fuel and other oil products at cheaper rates from all Total service stations across the country.
The card also accords commercial drivers and motorists a five per cent discount during every purchase and assists them to save against future purchases.
Card users also stand the chance of winning prizes when they make purchases since these would be tracked every quarter.
The Managing Director of Total Ghana Limited, Mr Eric Fanchini, addressing commercial drivers at the Kaneshie Market, where the Troxi Club was launched, said the company designed the product based on the feedback from users of the Total card introduced two years ago.
He said its Total card, which had been in existence for over 20 years, had been the most reliable fuel management card for major companies and institutions.
“In 2016, we introduced the B2C option of the Total card to address the needs of individual drivers who needed to top up their fuel on-the-go and this card has become the preferred choice of the motoring public giving them a cashless, convenient and secure means of paying for their transactions at any service station, while also helping them to manage their fuel budget,” he stated.
“Today, we bring another innovative card to our cherished trotro, taxi and motorcyclists,” he added.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Association of Oil Marketing Companies, Mr Kweku Agyemang Duah, lauded the Troxi Club package, describing it as amazing and one that would help drivers to build loyalty to the brand.
