uniCredit hosts top clients
Savings and Loans Company, uniCredit, has hosted some of its key customers to a breakfast meeting to elicit their feedback on the company’s services.
The breakfast meeting was also to afford the customers a tour of the company’s new corporate head office at North Ridge, Accra, since its relocation there two months ago.
Briefing the customers on some of the successes chalked up by uniCredit, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Samuel Sakyi-Hyde, said the expansion of the company’s IT infrastructure would move to the next phase as part of its commitment to providing exceptional services to clients.
“We are optimistic of our prospects for growth this year, and we will continue to respond to your varied needs and improve service delivery to exceed your expectations,” he assured.
He said uniCredit would remain focused on delivering quality to every customer even as it continued to evolve, and expressed the company’s appreciation to the customers for their loyalty.
The customers also used the opportunity to make some constructive suggestions on how the company could improve service delivery.
They also expressed their profound appreciation for uniCredit’s increasing support to their business and financial needs.
They urged the company to continue to strive for excellence in its operations so as to forge deeper, mutually beneficial relationships.
uniCredit currently has a network of 13 branches in Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi.
