What Ice Prince said about quitting sex, alcohol and smoking

Nigerian rapper, Panshak Henry Zamani better known as Ice Prince, has shared more details about his lifestyle overhaul during his weight loss journey.

The “Oleku” hitmaker revealed that he is now celibate and has completely stopped smoking.

Reflecting on his transformation on social media, he said he feels “unchained and saved.”

Writing on his X account, he stated: “Quitting sex and cigarettes is by far the best decision I ever made in my life. From chronic smoker to non-smoker. God is the greatest!!! Feeling unchained and saved.”

The rapper added that he has also given up alcohol, soda, energy drinks, and bread for over a year.

He expressed his intention to maintain this lifestyle long-term, noting that he feels “good.”

Ice Prince rose to fame after releasing "Oleku", one of Nigeria's most remixed songs of all time.
